Pizza Pizza Update!

My previous post on my disappointment with pizza in Scottsdale got the attention of someone who forwarded my blog to Patsy Grimaldi's restaurant operations director. I received an e-mail from the director apologizing for my recent dining disappointment and inviting me and a guest for dinner on him so they will have an opportunity to change my mind about their pizza. Needless to say I was quite surprised and let him know I appreciated his offer and will take him up on it after the holidays. I'll post a review here when I next dine again at Patsy Grimaldi's. I have a feeling that it will be a good experience because they know blog readers are paying attention! (Maybe I should become a restaurant reviewer?)
