McCain-Feingold Assault on Free Speech May Die Sooner Than We Think

Greg of Rhymes with Right seems to think the death knell is tolling for Mccain-Feingold because Chief Justice John Roberts is expressing doubts about legal restrictions on political ads by outside groups. The Supreme Court is hearing a new challenge to the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law. You can read more about this at Rhymes with Right and from the Washington Times article. I for one hope that the Supreme Court will remove this unconstitutional law restricting our political speech.
